Mumbai, : OSCAR Foundation is set to launch its first-ever community football pitch at the Mohammed Umar Rajjab Mumbai Public School in Madanpura, marking a major milestone in its mission to empower youth through football and education. This initiative is part of the ‘Healthy Goals Programme,’ with Mumbai City FC supporting as technical partners.
Since 2023, OSCAR Foundation has been working to raise funds for developing and refurbishing community football spaces while running youth-led football and leadership programmes. With the support of Mumbai City FC, the first pitch under the Healthy Goals Programme is now a reality, offering children and youth in one of Mumbai’s largest communities, access to structured football training and essential life skills.
Through the Healthy Goals Programme, the Mohammed Umar Rajjab School will become the first in Madanpura to offer structured football and life skills sessions, along with leadership training for children and youth from the community. This initiative marks a significant step in empowering the youth of the area with quality sports infrastructure and essential life skills.
The Healthy Goals programme will continue to raise funds and utilize football as a tool to improve the health of young Mumbaikars. By providing access to quality sports infrastructure, the programme aims to make a lasting impact on communities and create a healthier, more active generation.

Mumbai City FC, formed in August 2014, is a club competing in the Indian Super League (ISL) – the top-tier of Indian football.
