Adsul Trust School Super League Carrom Competition

Former Union Minister of State for Finance Anandrao Adsul’s Charitable Trust, CBIEU and Ideal Sports Academy have jointly announced the grouping of 12 teams in the free team Super League Carrom Competition for school players from various districts starting from May 1 on the occasion of Maharashtra-Labor Day. Group A includes Anandrao Adsul Platinum, MDC Jewelers, Dilip Karangutkar Strikers; Group B includes Govindrao Mohite Fighters, Captain Abhijit Champions, Atmaram More Pratishthan; Group C includes CBIEU Warriors, Ghosh’s Fair Play, Rajan Rane Opticians and Group D includes Sumati Queen, Avinash Nalawade Sports, Suresh Achrekar Finishers teams.

Co-op to maintain the continuity of activities up to the prestigious DSO Carrom and Chess Competition. Under the guidance of Bank Employees Union President Anandrao Adsul and Sports Organizer Govindrao Mohite, organizers Leeladhar Chavan and Pramod Parte are working hard. Accordingly, emphasis will be placed on providing school players with maximum competitive matches against quality opponents through the Super League Team Carrom Tournament. The competition will feature 36 school players including Prasanna and Pushkar Gole from Poddar Academy-Malad, Swara Mohire and Swara Kadam from Shirke High School-Ratnagiri, Aryan Raut from New English School-Jaitapur, Tanaya Dalvi from Mahatma Gandhi Vidyalaya, Dhruv Bhalerao from Antonio Da Silva High School, Umair Pathan from Shri Narayan Guru High School-Chembur, Grishma Dhamankar from IES Sule Guruji School, Shrishan Palavankar from ING English School-Vasai, Sanchita Mohite from Shri Mahavir Jain English School-Kalyan, Soham Jadhav from Shardashram Vidyalaya, Sarthak Kerkar and Amey Jangam from Parle Tilak Vidyalaya, Neel Mhatre, Prasad Mane, Devika Joshi, Sara Devan from Patkar Vidyalaya-Dombivli, and nationally renowned sub-junior carrom players from various districts. As a result, the competition will be held in the morning session every day from May 1 to 4 at the Co-op Bank Employees Union Hall in Dadar-West. The top two teams from each group will qualify for the Premier Super League from the 4 groups. In the completely free carrom event, school players will be honored with trophies, certificates, T-shirts and strikers.
