GSP Crop Science Limited Marks Strong Listing, Climbs to Rs 364 High on NSE

MUMBAI : RMI.COM(M) : Shares of GSP Crop Science Limited, which is a research-driven agrochemical company, specializing in the development and manufacturing of insecticides, herbicides, fungicides and plant growth regulators in India, listed at Rs 332.2 on the exchange.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 364 on the NSE. The scrip closed at Rs 356.1 on the BSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 85.98 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 4.52 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 302.5 crore.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 1,656.5 crore as per BSE and Rs 1,649.1 crore as per NSE.

The company had offered a nearly Rs 400 crore issue for subscription from March 16 to March 18, 2026.

This offer was subscribed nearly 1.61 times, with Non-Institutional Investors Portion subscribed 3.05 times. Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) Portion was subscribed 2.66 times.

The company provides its customers with crop protection solutions designed to support farmers in maximizing productivity and achieving optimal  agricultural output through development, manufacturing, supply and distribution of formulations, which refer to products  composed of active ingredients, chemical compounds in a product responsible for achieving the desired effects on the target  pests, weeds, or plant diseases and additives, which improve the product’s performance, stability, and ease of use, in definite  proportion obtaining well-defined target properties (formulations).

As of September 30, 2025, the company has received 524 registrations across formulations and technicals for agrochemicals manufactured by it.
