Bombay Scottish (Mahim) Clinch Ahmad Sailor U16 Knockout Title

Mumbai, (RMN.IN): Bombay Scottish (Mahim) were crowned champions of the Boys U16 Ahmad Sailor Knockout Tournament, part of the Dream Sports MSSA Inter School Football Tournament, after defeating Thakur Public School (Kandivali) 3-2 on penalties, at the Wings Sports Centre in Bandra on Saturday.

The two sides were locked together at 1-1 after regulation time, before Sparsh Shvkaz, Ruhan Mehta and Sanat Shetty converted from the spot to lead Bombay Scottish to victory. Campion School clinched third place with a 2-0 win against St. Stanislaus (Bandra), with Vivaan Kawad and Abner Rodrigues scoring for their side.

In the Boys U16 Division IV of the Dream Sports MSSA Inter School Football Tournament, VCW Arya Vidya Mandir (Bandra) secured a 3-0 win over Billabong (Juhu) thanks to strikes from Aditya Shettigar, Siddharth Mishra, and Rayirth Deshpande. Fazlani L. Academie (Mazagon) got over the line against Cathedral & John Connon (Fort) with a 2-0 scoreline, as Sibtain Qureshi and Jash Sanghvi got on the scoresheet.

Pradyuman Shukla scored the only goal of the game as Rustomjee Cambridge International (Thane) overcame Gundecha Edu Academy (Oshiwara). Meanwhile, Green Acres Academy (Chembur) won 2-0 against Rustomjee Cambridge Int (Thane) through goals from Vihaan Kolamkar and Mehaan Doshi.
