Mumbai, (RMN): DSM Fresh Foods Limited (“DSM Fresh Foods / Company”), headquartered in Delhi is the 651st company to get listed on the BSE SME Platform. DSM Fresh Foods, operating under the brand name Zappfresh, is an online retailer of fresh meat and ready-to-cook / eat non-vegetarian products, committed to transforming the customer experience through quality, hygiene and convenience. Since its inception in 2015, the Company has established a strong presence in the Delhi-NCR region and Bengaluru, offering a wide range of unpreserved meat products including poultry, mutton, seafood and other varieties via its user-friendly e-commerce platform. Recognized as the “Best Farm to Fork Fresh Meat Brand” by Business Television India and “Emerging Company of the Year” by The Economic Times, Zappfresh continues to expand its footprint across India. The Company has entered into strategic agreements including a business transfer with Majestic Aliments India Private Limited and an acquisition of Sukos Foods Private Limited, enhancing its operational capabilities and geographical reach. As part of its growth strategy, the Company proposes to establish six cold storage units across Delhi, Mumbai, and Odisha to support fresh produce delivery in new markets. Additionally, DSM Fresh Foods plans to utilize a part of the net issue proceeds towards branding and marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand recognition and customer loyalty through strategic collaborations with social media platforms. Mr. Deepanshu Manchanda and Mrs. Priya Aggarwal are the promoters of the Company.
The Company’s IPO was a book building issue comprising of fresh issue of 59.06 lakh equity shares. The equity shares were issued at a price of ₹100 per equity share, aggregating to a total issue size of
₹59.06 crores. The IPO of the Company closed on 06th October 2025.
