June 09, 2026, Mumbai: Ojas Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals has further strengthened their presence in Mumbai with the launch of the new centre in Juhu, while becoming one of the first eye care networks in the city to offer a comprehensive suite of next-generation vision correction and cataract technologies. As part of this expansion, the hospital has introduced the combination of ELITA SILK and WaveLight® Plus InnovEyes for the first time in Mumbai both under one brand (Bandra Centre), further reinforcing its position as a Centre of Refractive Excellence. The newly inaugurated Juhu centre, under the clinical leadership of senior ophthalmologists Dr. Jigish Gandhi and Dr. Suman Nabar, has been established to address the growing demand for comprehensive eye care services across cataract, LASIK, refractive surgery, cornea, glaucoma, retina, paediatric ophthalmology and general ophthalmology.
At its Bandra Centre of Refractive Excellence, Ojas Maxivision has introduced, for the first time in Mumbai, the combination of ELITA SILK and WaveLight® Plus InnovEyes under one roof. Together, these technologies provide surgeons with access to two of the world’s most advanced refractive surgery platforms, allowing them to select the procedure best suited to each patient’s corneal characteristics, visual requirements and lifestyle expectations.
WaveLight® Plus InnovEyes represents the next generation of personalised laser vision correction. The platform uses advanced artificial intelligence to create a highly detailed 3D digital twin of the patient’s eye and virtually simulate treatment outcomes before surgery.
