Mumbai (RMN.COM) : In an extraordinary act of generosity during a time of immense grief, the family of a 37-year-old IT professional from Mumbai, chose to honour his legacy by consenting to organ and tissue donation after he was declared brain dead. Fortis Hospital, Mulund facilitated the donation process, enabling a life-saving liver transplant and offering hope to patients awaiting organ transplantation. This marks Mumbai’s 35th cadaveric organ donation of 2026.
