IIM Mumbai Celebrates Convocation 2025 with Dr. P.K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the PM as Chief Guest

Mumbai, (RMN) : The Indian Institute of Management Mumbai (IIM Mumbai) successfully held its Convocation Ceremony today, conferring degrees upon graduating students from its flagship postgraduate, doctoral, and executive education programmes.

The event was graced by Dr. P. K. Mishra, Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister of India, who attended as the Chief Guest and delivered the Convocation Address. Dr. Mishra, a distinguished policymaker with decades of administrative leadership, encouraged the graduating students to pursue excellence with responsibility, and to apply their education in ways that serve both industry and society.

During the ceremony, students were awarded degrees and medals in recognition of their achievements in academics, research, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Special awards were also conferred to those who demonstrated exceptional contributions in the areas of innovation and social impact.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof. Manoj Tiwari, Director, IIM Mumbai said, “Our graduates are stepping into a dynamic and demanding world, and it fills us with pride to see their readiness to lead with knowledge and empathy. Dr. Mishra’s presence and words of wisdom provided immense inspiration, reminding our students of the deeper purpose of leadership in nation-building.”
