PVS Excellence Award–2025: Deepak Kaitke (Patrakar Mitra) to be Honored as Best Political Reporter

MUMBAI (RMN.IN): For impartial, fearless, and public-interest-oriented reporting in the field of journalism, Shri Deepak Hanuman Kaitke will be honored with the Best Political Reporter Award under the PVS Excellence Award–2025. This honor will be conferred by the Journalist Development Association/ Patrakar Vikas Sangh (PVS) at a grand ceremony to be held on December 27 at Sai Palace Hotel, Kanchpada, Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai.is a resident of Devpimpri, Tal. Gevrai, Dist. Beed and works as Chief Mumbai correspondent of Dainik Mahasagar and Hindustan Post.

The Journalist Development Association has completed seventeen years of its continuous, creative, and meaningful journey and is now entering its eighteenth year. On this occasion, as every year, the PVS Excellence Awards–2025 are being organized, where journalists, editors, and media professionals who have made outstanding contributions in various fields of journalism—such as print, electronic, digital, photography, editing, and reporting—will be honored.

A Strong Identity in Political Journalism:
Senior journalist of Dainik Mahasagar, Deepak Kaitke, is being honored for his factual, balanced, and impactful reporting on political developments. According to the PVS jury, Kaitke has strengthened democratic values by prominently raising issues related to public interest.

PVS Journalist Friend Award–2025:
For extending cooperation to journalists and making active contributions to social causes, Dr. Ajay Gupta (Medical Superintendent, Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Hospital), Prem Prakash Dubey, Keshav Anchan, Uday Pratap Singh, Sunil Kabra, and Abhishek Jaju will be honored with the PVS Journalist Friend Award–2025.Through the PVS Excellence Awards, commitment to journalistic values, truth, and public interest is highlighted. This event not only recognizes the work of awardees but also inspires the new generation of journalists toward responsible and fearless journalism.Recently on 14th December Shri Deepak Kaitake who is also known as a health ambassador was honoured with Special Recognition Award and Felicitation at the Akhil Bharatiya Marathi Patrakar Parishad (All India Marathi Press Council) program held In Beed District. He is always at the forefront of answering various questions from journalists, especially on health issues. His work is being appreciated from all levels.
